Honda Celebrates 20 Millionth Car Built in the U.S.
|
It’s been 32 short years since Honda opened their first U.S. automotive plant in Marysville, Ohio, and produced the very first Honda Accord. That initial plant opened up a gateway for three additional American plants to be built over the course of 26 years, and now, in 2014, Honda is celebrating their 20 millionth car built in the U.S.
A milestone, Honda is attributing their recent success to their Marysville and East Liberty plants, along with their Alabama and Indiana manufacturing plants.
